Reaching out for help can be scary. My goal is to support you in developing and strengthening your road toward healing. In our work together, you will find a balance of warmth and humor, as well as a collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you will feel safe being your authentic self.

I also appreciate taking the time to acknowledge your strengths, wins, as well as recognizing and celebrating your progress. There is no better feeling than seeing a client reach their goals, and walk alongside them as they continue on their journey.
